rain, salmon, public library... sarah+gene's wedding was the quintessential seattle affair. their elegant wedding took place at the cute boutique hotel, hotel deca and coordinated by wedding superwoman, our buddy amy pak. even though we are in seattle, we actually don't get to shoot weddings in the rain very often, so it ended up being a really nice change of pace! plus i finally got to utilize my new rainbow umbrella. can you tell that my rainbow obsession from last year is still going strong? hehe... rainbow is the new black! 
when the music started, sarah+gene and their guests brought down the house. i think it's only appropriate that we showcase these images in animated gif!

originally thought i'd take a quick glance over april + chris' engagement shoot, then ended up spending 2 hours playing with this image in photoshop... oops. i was super excited when i saw this image because as cliche as this is, i've always wanted to shoot some romantic photos with the carousel. luckily the result is just as cute as i pictured it to be. more to come... |
